Felicia is a Massachusetts licensed real estate broker with experience in affordable housing development, project management, and community-focused real estate. Her work has included supporting multifamily development projects through construction, budgeting, requisitions, sustainability LEED initiatives, and project closeout. She is especially passionate about the intersection of affordable housing, community economic development, and creating stronger, more equitable communities. Felicia was also a part OppCo’s inaugural Fellowship for Equitable Affordable Housing Development (FEAHD) cohort.
Some fun facts about Felicia is that she is Puerto Rican and loves bringing her culture into the way she cooks, celebrates, connects with family, and builds community. She is a mom of three boys, with three very different personalities and interests. Felicia is a Bible loving vocalist and loves music; music is also a big part of her family life, with her children involved in piano, cello, singing, theater, and dance.
