As a Community Outreach Counselor Alli supports recruitment, community outreach and development, and case management services for North Shore CDC’s YouthBuild program. She works closely with participants to provide guidance, support, and resources that help them achieve their personal, educational, and career goals. Alli is passionate about building strong relationships with young people and connecting them with the tools and services they need to succeed.
Alli graduated from Endicott College with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Salem State University. Through her education and experience, Alli has developed a strong interest in community support, advocacy, and working with individuals and families to help them reach their goals. In her free time, she enjoys staying active, going to the gym and running, traveling and spending time with her friends.
