Nicci joined the North Shore CDC team in 2021 as the Executive Assistant and Special Projects Manager, bringing a variety of professional experiences to her role. With a background in television sports production and municipal government administration and operations, she utilizes her diverse skill set to improve communication, offer creative problem solving, and encourage system improvement. She enthusiastically provides administrative leadership to the executive team and loves creating presentations that visually reflect the variety of achievements and future initiatives at NSCDC. Nicci was promoted to Director of Administration in January of 2023. Nicci and her partner Michael enjoy outdoor life exploring the North Shore and are grateful for time with their 2 young adult daughters and 3 dogs.
