Nicci joined the North Shore CDC team in 2021 as Executive Assistant and Special Projects Manager, bringing a diverse background in television sports production and municipal government administration and operations. Drawing on this experience, she strengthened internal communications, advanced operational systems, and supported cross-departmental collaboration through creative problem solving and strategic project management.
Promoted to Director of Administration in January 2023, Nicci provided organizational leadership across core administrative functions, driving system improvements, operational efficiency, and executive support to position the organization for growth. In June 2024, she was appointed Chief of Staff, where she serves as a senior leader and strategic partner to the executive team.
As Chief of Staff, Nicci leads organizational alignment, oversees high-priority initiatives, supports strategic planning and implementation, and strengthens internal systems that enable teams to perform at their best. She plays a central role in change management, cross-functional coordination, and translating organizational vision into measurable outcomes. Known for her collaborative leadership style and clarity of execution, Nicci helps drive both day-to-day excellence and long-term impact.
In keeping with NSCDC’s mission of envisioning a North Shore where every neighborhood is one of choice and opportunity, Nicci serves on the Wenham Affordable Housing Trust working toward the creation of more affordable housing for all throughout Boston’s North Shore.
Outside of work, Nicci enjoys traveling, gardening, music and exploring the North Shore with her partner Michael and their young adult daughters.
