Jonathan Gonzalez serves as the Community Outreach Counselor and Case Manager for the YouthBuild program here at North Shore CDC. In his role, Jon oversees Recruitment, Community Outreach/Development and Case Management services. Prior to his role here at YouthBuild, Jon brings extensive experience within Recruitment strategies and more recently – facilitating workforce development programming and initiatives. In his spare time, Jon enjoys staying active by going to the gym, working on his business, and spending time with his family.
