Jennifer joined NSCDC in 2022 and has over 15 years of experience in affordable housing. She has a Master’s in Social Work from Temple University and a Bachelor’s from Duke University. Previously, she served as a project manager at Affirmative Investments for 6 years working with non-profit and for-profit organizations to develop and finance affordable housing and community centers using Low Income Housing Tax Credits, New Market Tax Credits and other public and private funds. She has a wealth of project management experience in support housing, family housing and senior housing and at all stages of development. Prior to Affirmative, she worked in city planning, including with the City of Salem as its Housing Coordinator, where amongst many other responsibilities, she staffed Salem’s Affordable Housing Trust.
