Ilene has been at North Shore CDC since 2012 and now serves as our first Director of Real Estate. Ilene is responsible for finding possible new projects, pulling together and overseeing all the components of the project from funding to permanent loan closing, and oversees the real estate team. Ilene is inspired by the belief that everyone has the right to affordable, safe, and attractive housing. Ilene serves on the board of the Swampscott Affordable Housing Trust and on RocknRow and volunteers for JC&FS. Her greatest love is spending time with her family and foster dogs.
