Cassie brings 14 years of experience in the field of LIHTC affordable housing, with affordable housing finance applications, and managing small projects to her role as Director of Real Estate. Her diverse educational background including ARCGIS classes, a BA in Anthropology, a minor in Film & Digital Media, and a LEED AP Homes accreditation showed her the value of education, both outside and inside your professional field. She takes every opportunity to learn about the challenges of affordable housing development and help the team find creative solutions to the housing crisis. In her spare time, she chairs Winthrop’s Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and participates as a founding member of Winthrop Working Together. Her passion for equity and a brighter future for the next generation builds upon the foundational truth of housing as a human right.
