Andrea Ariza serves as the Small Business Microenterprise Associate at the NSCD through the Massachusetts Service Alliance program of Commonwealth Corps. Originally from Colombia and deeply proud of her heritage, Andrea brings a rich educational foundation to her work, holding a B.S. in Marketing and Advertising, a Master’s in Organizational Communication, and an MBA from Salem State University.
Andrea’s journey with nonprofits began as a beneficiary when she first arrived in the United States, an experience that ignited her dedication to giving back. Today, she uses her extensive background as a mentor and educator for small entrepreneurs to help local business owners succeed. She is deeply passionate about empowering business dreams and connecting microenterprises with the tools they need to thrive.
Outside of her professional work, Andrea stays active with HYROX training and yoga, and loves discovering new places around Massachusetts.
