Lofts at St. Mary is part of the Salem School project that also includes Residences at St. James. Salem Schools entails the extensive renovation of two historic former schools into modern and energy efficient affordable housing. At this location 29 units will be built with a preference for people in the Creative Workforce. In addition, the former auditorium will be turned into approximately 7,000 square feet of community amenities.
