We are excited to announce a new partnership with North Shore Community Health (NSCH) for an innovative project to revitalize the Salem’s South River. This is a mixed-use, mission driven project located at the gateway to the Point Neighborhood. It will connect public health, affordable senior housing, climate change preparedness, and public art.
Expected construction start is 2026 and lease up in 2027.
