North Shore CDC partnered with the City of Salem and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council to deliver a document that analyzed the potential to incentivize commercial development along Congress and Lafayette Streets in the Point Neighborhood. North Shore CDC was the organization in charge of doing the community outreach and engagement.
