Developed by North Shore CDC in partnership with Action, Inc., Harbor Village is a mixed-use development bringing 30 much needed affordable apartments into downtown Gloucester with commercial space on the ground level and 30 off-street parking spaces. Harbor Village consists of ten one-bedroom apartments, seventeen two-bedroom apartments, and three three-bedroom apartments.
Harbor Village was one of the first affordable housing Passive House certified projects in Massachusetts. (Passive House is the world’s leading standard in energy efficient construction) and our first with solar energy.
