Jason serves as the Director of Portfolio Management for North Shore CDC. Jason oversees Property Management and Asset Management. He is also tasked with managing Real Estate development projects as one of the team’s project managers. Jason is a distinguished Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. Additionally, Jason is certified as a National Affordable Housing Professional Executive, with the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). He is also a former Property Professional of the year with the New England Affordable Housing Management Association (NEAHMA). Currently in his 17th year at North Shore CDC, Jason has been an integral part of the organization’s growth and success. He is inspired by serving as a role model and mentor for youth and the community. In his spare time, Jason loves to play sports and spend time with his children
