Hannah began working at North Shore CDC in 2017 as an Social Work Intern. Following her internship, Hannah was hired as the Youth Services Coordinator and was instrumental in planning the programming for Harbor Crossing. In May of 2024, she was promoted to Resident Services Manager. In her new role, she oversees both the Young Adult Housing Outreach program, supervising the Case Manager and providing director support to unhoused youth as well as providing life coaching for the residents in Harbor Crossing. She provides counseling, advocacy, and guidance to help support their career, personal and educational goals. Hannah is inspired by the youth’s positivity, perseverance, resiliency and strength every day at NSCDC. Through this lens, she now also oversees the Family Success Program, which supports residents in and out of North Shore CDC housing. When she is not working, Hannah loves photography and developing film in the darkroom.
