Hannah began working at North Shore CDC in 2017 as an Social Work Intern. Following her internship, Hannah was hired as the Youth Services Coordinator and was instrumental in planning the programming for Harbor Crossing. In May of 2024, she was promoted to Youth Services Manager. Her position is designed to provide life coaching for the residents in Harbor Crossing and providing direct support to unhoused youth through our Young Adult Housing Outreach program. She provides counseling, advocacy, and guidance to help support their career, personal and educational goals. Hannah is inspired by the youth’s positivity, perseverance, resiliency and strength every day at NSCDC. When she is not working, Hannah loves photography and developing film in the darkroom.
