ABOUT THE PROJECT
North Shore CDC is proposing to build 29 affordable apartments (twenty-five Studios/1 Bedrooms and four 2 Bedrooms) with a preference for people in the Creative Workforce – this includes people with careers in Marketing, Design, Visual Arts, Performance, and Culture + Heritage. In addition, North Shore CDC is proposing to transform the former school auditorium into approximately 7,000 square feet of community amenities for creatives.
