Point Neighborhood National Historic District

North Shore CDC championed the efforts of listing the Point Neighborhood as a National Historic District with the National Park Service office. In 2014, North Shore CDC successfully listed the neighborhood. Since its listing, North Shore CDC has been able to leverage Historic Tax Credits to rehab over 19 buildings and preserve the main architectural features of the neighborhood.
