Nikki Schafer is the Economic Development Coordinator, focusing on the facilitation of entrepreneurship and small business excellence in the North Shore area.
Nikki has over a decade of business leadership experience across multiple disciplines. Her previous work includes a concentration in retail and restaurant management. Always, Nikki’s focus is on community engagement and involvement, having worked closely with local refugees, youth organizations, and veterans. She is a proud Salem resident, and is passionate about networking and establishing resources to strengthen the community. She graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Psychology.
Outside of the office, Nikki is a violist for the North Shore Philharmonic Orchestra and volunteers for the MSPCA at Nevins Farm.
