Jessica D. Martinez joins North Shore CDC as Project Manager with a background in urban design, infill development financing, community placemaking, and public-private partnership development. Previously she served as the Transformative Development Initiative (TDI) Fellow in Lawrence with MassDevelopment where she worked on downtown revitalization initiatives alongside municipal and local partners.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s in History from University of California, Los Angeles, a master’s in City Planning from Boston University, and a graduate certificate in Real Estate Finance from the Harvard Extension School. Jessica serves as a Commissioner for the Merrimack Valley Planning Commission and is a board member for the Merrimack River Watershed Council.
