Cabot Street Homes, once the site of the aging Mayflower Motel, is the first new rental development to be built in Beverly for over 20 years. The 43 unit development on 325 Cabot Street in Beverly is currently managed by the YMCA of the North Shore, a co-developer of Cabot Street Homes.
